Text Writter getting wrong

Hello, I'm newbie using Mirth Connect. I'm following a tutorial to create a Text Writer Destination (Flat File with HL7 specific content).

When I tried to add extracted variables to my destination template
${dateOrTimeOfMessage_value};${sendingApplication_ entityIdentifier};${messageControlId_value}

The content file appears like this:
[Ljava.lang.Object;@4ea1750c;[Ljava.lang.Object;@5ecbe5;[Ljava.lang.Object;@609a74cd

What I expect is the content file will be like this:
2017110101;DATACAPTOR;7a55d2552c2c5d

What is it wrong? What is it missing?

Thanks in advance.

Seems like you forgot to add .toString() when writing the fields to the variables.

Hello Odo:

I checked and all transformed variables at output (destination) includes .toString() suffix. What am I doing wrong?.

Should the transformation be at the destination or at source?

please let me know

Hello,

All variable at output transformation filter had .toString() command included. Despite that, in my destination file (text writer) still appears like java annotation.
