Get source IP of message in script

I'm trying to use Mirth in order to receive DICOM messages and then redirect them based on their source IP.

I've managed to get Mirth on computer B to receive DICOM messages from computer A and then send them to computer C. What I am missing is an option to redirect the messages based on the source IP. I want some of the messages to go to computer C and the rest to go back to some other port on computer B (where Mirth is).

I figured it can be done somehow through a script that runs during preprocess.

I have a few questions regarding this:
1) How can I get the source IP of a the processed message?
2) How can I change its destination based on that IP?

Many thanks.
