HL7V2 sections in HL7V3?
In HL7v2, we have different transactions - ADT, ORM, VXU, Financial, and more.
Likewise, do we have any such thing in HL7v3?Does HL7v3 CDA template have any such support of transactions?

Yes, there are about 20 domains (roughly comparable to HL7v2 chapters) in HL7v3, whereas CDA is just one of them. HL7v3 messaging and HL7v3 CDA are a bit different things.

Thus, "The HL7 Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) is a document markup standard that specifies the structure and semantics of "clinical documents" for the purpose of exchange." (HL7 NE)

Similarites could you explain?
Hey,.. thank you, could you gimme a reference or a document specifying domain similarities between the hl7v2 and hl7v3?

hl7.org ... start with HL7v2 and HL7v3 specifications. That's the only source of truth you can find. Just keep in mind that v2 message types rarely match one-to-one to v3 interactions, and even in case when fully comply, the payload may be different.
