Multiple Mirth Connect Administrator windows under the same session?

Is it possible to open multiple Mirth Connect Administrator windows under the same session? The best I've been able to figure out is to relaunch the tool, which requires me to sign in again, and they seem to time out at different times.

I often find myself wanting to do other things while I'm editing a transformer like view a channels messages, look at code templates or review a different transformer. I'm trying to avoid saving and closing what I'm working on just so I can quickly peek at something else.

I didn't find anything when searching the forums before I posted.

I decided to search issues, and found this one:

This leads me to believe that it's not possible. I couldn't find any other issues with this as a request.

You can certainly launch two Administrators and login as the same user, but it won't be under the same session. Why do you need it to be the same session?

Well, I don't need it. It would be more convenient to hit a button/keyboard shortcut/menu item to open a new window without having to sign in again. Also having activity in any window keep the rest of them from timing out would be nice.

Indeed, point well taken.
