Get latest OBX-14 date/time

Only one OBR segment will exist in message.

If OBR.25.1 equals 'C', I need to check each OBX-14.1 and copy latest date to OBR-22.

OBX-14 example: 20190118152552

Can someone help with this?

Move each OBX/NTE below OBR if condition is met

I'm having trouble with this.
If any OBR.26.1 is same then move its corresponding OBX/NTE set under 1 OBR and copy OBR.26.1 to OBR.4.1. All other OBR/OBX/NTE will show after.
