As I understand, the database name is specified as part of the db connection string URL. Try removing the use MGHdata;

Check using the Surface Area Configuration tool and make sure that remote connections are enabled. If you only enabled named pipes, for example, then TCP remote connections won't work.

Not sure. Using TOP in the SELECT Statement might help to troubleshoot,...

Can you try with a local directory path instead of UNC?

If the file gets written on the local drive but not to UNC path, then the problem is most likely related to permission for the Mirth...

In Microsoft Windows environment, Mirth changes the back slash in the directory path to forward slash. This does not seem to cause a problem as files get written successfully....
