The only place I can see Queues, in 2.X is in HTTP and TCP connections. I am using Mirth for strictly dicom, so I didn't have the option of dealing with those connection types and configurations...

a DCM file is Dicom. Depending on the version, you'll want to set the Source and Destination connector type to Dicom Listener. You'll need some information, but its pretty self explanatory.
