Ran into this as well. We use the Notes in the channel to list the port. That way we can sort by it, and see gaps in ports numbers.
It's part of the channel, so it would be in the extracted channel...

It's not a version difference. I imported 3 channels (1 at a time), saved them, then exported. Then tried to drag & drop those 3 and got the same results.

Just installed 3.4.1 on a test server, and was trying to drag & drop my 200 channels. Doesn't seem to work since Groups were added.

I'd rather not have to import each channel, one at a time.
