Works ok

I also updated two servers and both work ok.
The server log is displaying log messages as before.
Did not do anyting special after the update.
So it seems to be an issue at your site somewhere.

One step further. ssl solved.

I did solve this ssl certificate issue.
I obtained a free Let_s_Encrypt certificate for a .com domain and installed it in Mirth and in the Java cacert keystore.
