Hello. I lead a consulting outfit that supports IT operations in physician practices and independent clinical labs.

In our efforts to provide better service for our supported facilities, we’ve developed a cloud based saas software application that monitors the uptime of various services and applications etc that are mission critical to daily workflow. We’ve also included an area where Mirth Channel statistics can be viewed and alerts can be created when certain channel statuses or statistic thresholds are met.

The software is a tool to assist system administrators to provide 24/7/365 monitoring of the various operating apps and services within the network environment. Any detected issues will create logged system incidents within the software and sends a system fault notifications to a support group contact via SMS and email messages.

At the moment these are the various types of resources that the software can monitor for system faults:

Windows Services for running status.
Windows Applications for running status
URL Web page uptime monitoring.
Network IP address for uptime monitoring.
Hard Drive monitoring for used/free space.
Windows folders for content. (Backlog of files transfer etc)
Mirth Connect Channel messaging channel status / statistics thresholds /inactivity etc.
PC/Server powered on uptime checking via heartbeat monitoring.

Services, Apps, Mirth Channels can be stopped/started via the web application.
