Default Changing default database to SQLserver 2005/08 from Derby

I just installed the latest version (2.2.1) of Mirth connect. Now I need to change the default database from Derby to SQL server. Are there any scripts to run in the SQL server before doing this? I read that I have to run sqlserver2005-database.sql, but I cannot find this script in the installed Mirth Connect folder.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Everything you need should be in the lib/mirth-dbconf.jar file.
