Question Xebra - open source medical imaging

I just ran across an open source project named Xebra (http://sourceforge.net/projects/xebra/)which claims to be "a cross-platform, thin client and server for web-based distribution and clinical review of medical imaging results." The project was released to open source by HxTechnologies, Inc. (HxTI) in November 2007 (http://www.hxti.com/news/releases/071106.html).

Anyone familiar with Xebra? Any ideas on how it might be used in conjunction with Mirth?
