Default Mirth HL7 metadata extract

My apologies if this is not the proper forum to post this question. I'm building a metadata repository to map business terms to HL7 v2, HL7 v3 segments, and all attributes for applications we use internally that exchange data. For instance, if I have a business term such as Patient first name, I would like to be able to show what segment and piece that business term maps to on an HL7 v2 segment or HL7 v3 segement or application a, database a, table a,column a. I built a database where I loaded metadata for the applications I would like to map but I still need to load HL7 metadata. Is there any feature in Mirth that I could use to populate such a metadata repository for HL7 segments?

I realize that might not what the tool is meant to be used for but there may be a function that allows you to pull metadata out of the Mirth repository that I could then load into the metadata repository.
