Default Backups: Just the database; or /usr/local/mirthconnect as well?

This may have been answered already (for instance: Here: http://www.mirthcorp.com/community/f...57&postcount=3)

but:

To back up MirthConnect, do I need to back up the database alone, or the database along with the contents of /usr/local/mirthconnect (or other directories)?

Thanks.

Usually you would want to backup everything, including the database, custom database drivers / extensions / JARs, log4j/CLI/JVM settings, etc.

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
- You just bar.

Thanks, Nick.

Mirth Connect Server 2.2.1.5861
Java version: 1.7.0_11

If I have a stock install with no additional Jars, extensions, etc.: Is the database sufficient?

Additionally: Is there documentation covering backup procedures? I've skimmed the site but seem to have missed anything definitive. Or does getting such information require a support contract?
