Default mirthdb schema for MC3

Can someone explain what the various tables are used for in Mirth Connect v3 - I can't find any database documentation from Mirthcorp, but maybe there is some.
I've sort of worked out that an id is defined in d_channels, and that is the suffix to table names for each channel. But how do the different tables relate to each other? eg d_msm99, d_mm99.
We are using Postgres on a Mirth Appliance, with MC v3.0.0.6931.
Thanks for any help or references to other sources.

Thanks Jacob - that makes a lot more sense. Would be easier to read if the E-R diagram and other diagrams in that video were posted on the wiki as separate documents.
It took me a long time to find it in the video - hint to others: it is at about time 0:41:40.
