Question Where is lockout info in the Postgres database?

I'm developing an application that is supposed to help users configuring MIRTH in various ways, and one of the requested features is a way to "unlock" the MIRTH_ADMIN when it has been locked from entering the wrong password. I can do other things already, like set a *new* password. The information all seems to be in the mirthdb.public schema, and of course there's the table called "person". But where on earth is anything that would help me get a user unlocked?

Thanks for any help on this!
