Default channel get corrupted

MC 3.5.1 + Postgres db
the last days on multiple different Windows workstation we got the same kind of problem creating source transformer steps. Because it occured on multiple workstations, I assume it is a bug in MC.

What did we do:
First we created a new channel.
In the Source we created a new transformer step. From the template tree, we drag-drop a vaue (MHS.9.1) and the step was created. We added a replace value and that worked.

Secondly we added a second transformer step and added also from the template tree, we drag-drop a vaue (MHS.9.1) and the step was created. Then it got corrupt. See the screen print. The replace part isnt displayed anymore.

We cannot save the transformer step anymore and the value of the replace got filled automatically with the value of the first transformer step replace value.

It could not be repaired any more.
We needed to cloase the administrator, clear the java cache and restart the MC service to continue.

Does this problem sound familiar??

I did exactly as you mentioned. I don't see that behavior. My mapper transformer steps were created successfully. mirth 3.5.1 for me.

What version of java you using, because I have heard that java 9 doesn't get along nicely with mirth 3.5.1.

Well, the way described is just normal usage of mirth. Nothing special.

We dont have the problem on all workstations. the problem occures on W7 with java8.
I exported the channel from a problem PC and imported on my PC, but no problem there.
