If you want to respond on the same connection you use your channel response, set on the source tab of your tcp listener channel.

If you want to send a message back on a new connection, you must know the ip and port that the other end is listening on.

That's kind of like asking if you can mail me a package if you know which street I live on, but not my house number.

No, it's not possible to open a connection without both the ip address and the port.

Ask the client which port they are listening on for inbound connections.

If tcp sender is not possible, any other possible method to send back to the analyzer.

You'll have to check with the manufacturer. I don't know anything about your analyzer. Do you have a user guide?
