Default Generated inbound template bug in 3.0

So, a coworker came across this when he upgraded his Mirth to 3.0.0. There was a channel, utilizing the Database Reader connector, that worked fine in 2.*. When it was upgraded to 3.0, it stopped working. Nothing was being mapped. The only change was the upgrade itself.

I did some testing and found that the generated template was all lowercase. However, in 3.0, the actual message was in the original formatting. Since the mapping is case-sensitive, it fails to map anymore, until we either make all the aliases in the SQL lowercase, or we replace the generated template to match the aliases (which is problematic, in case the SQL ever changes).

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
- You just bar.
