Default Better documentation for Mirth Connect through HTML-Table

Hello, I am working on a script to generate a HTML Table of the Mirth channel configuration XML via xpath for a better human readable overview of our current documentation of ports / smb Shares / hosts etc. without touching the MC database.

Anyone else intresseted in this feature, then I could upload my progress on a open git hub repository and share with you?

You might want to take a look at this: https://github.com/leovander/connect-stats

Live demo at: https://leovander.github.io/connect-stats/

Sample backup file at: https://github.com/leovander/connect...0-%203.5.1.xml

Really good looking. Didn't knew that there already exists a solution. unfortunately not working with my backup XMLs

Code:
[ "Could not get element (channelTag)
Line: 427
TypeError: document is undefined", "Error Parsing XML Export
Line: 198
TypeError: channelTagsXML is undefined" ]

Ah, yeah. I see you're on version 3.4, and the code was written against 3.5. I think there were changes made to tags in between those versions.

Maybe you can still use this as a starting point for what you are trying to do?

have finished the project for MC 3.4.x stats with my approach. you can download it on the github link above.

when we get a new MC Version, I'll have a closer look at connect_stats project by leovander
