Default Protocol and datatype convertors available in Mirth Connect

what all transformation are supported Mirth?

For eg: I was able to find HL7 to FHIR available as a extension, also HL7 v2 to v3 is working fine

I tried with HL7 2 to Dicom with data type conversion within mirth connect but it didn't work, i.e given empty message, can you please help to list down what transformation/conversions supported in mirth connect.

Are below things supported?
1) Dicom to hl7 v2 and vice versa
2) Dicom to hl7 v3 and vice versa
3) FHIR to dicom and vice versa
