Default jars not loaded from custom-lib

Hi All,

I'm new to mirth connect and i've tried almost all solutions given in the community for my isssue. Thought my problem might be different hence raising here in the community again.

I'm trying to connect to Active Mq for pushing and receiving data.

But my channel fails with the following error.

I have added following jars in the custom-lib folder, but when i give reload the jars available in the custom-lib are not loading.

i have also enabled
server.includecustomlib = true in mirth.properties.

screenshots are added for all settings and the channel as well. Please go through and let me know if i have missed any.
