Default Extracting filenames from HTTP Request

I have a channel that picks up a file from a file reader then sends it via HTTP Connector. My HTTP receiver on the other end successfully extracts the file from the message and writes it out using a file writer, but the file is called 7d89a7dsa88d87s.dat or something along those lines. What happens to the filename during HTTP transfer and how can I extract it to use again? Thank!

When using the File Reader as the source, you can use the ${ORIGINALNAME} variable in a destination to refer to the source file name.
