Post Facing problem at My client side

Respected Sir,

I have created channel to send HL7 Message to the server which is located to the other side.

I have tried at my local by creating receiver and sender to receive and send Hl7 Message. it is successfully established. but when i tried it at my client side.i have created the channel and deployed and send message but it showing error message that is "Empty or blank response received."

its already taken long-time to resolve this issue and finally i have decided to raise a query at here.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Did the recieving system send you an ACK? If so, can the receiving system send you a copy of the ACK that they sent?

Try configuring a different port on the sender and receiver.
Configure regenerate template to yes.
Reprocess the message.

I am new to this HL7 with mirth. So, can you please explain in detail "Configure regenerate templete to yes, reprocess message" and how should i configure it.

Hi,

I have tried several times to connect to the IP Address and Port number provided by my client but somehow every time i try to do that i am facing issue. the issue i am facing is attached as screen shot link below.

As i was facing connectivity issue i also tried using Telnet.but in Telnet when i tried using the IP Address and the Port No provided by client the screen was displayed as blank and it stood for some time as blank and then it closed automatically.

Furthermore, i tried to use Interfaceware HL7 Simulator but still i was not able to connect and i was displayed the connection timeout message. the screen shot for this is attached in the link below.

As i have already discussed with you regarding the problem i just want to know that can you tell me that this issue is from my side or from my client's side and also i want to know that how can i diagnose this issue.

Is there any kind of application or any way that i can use to resolve my this problem and also i can know from where this problem is occurring.

Please see the attached screen shots link which shows that when i try to send the message an error is occurring. Also, the screen shot for the Interfaceware HL7 Simulator is attached.
