Default Microsoft SQL Server and Integrated Security

Has anyone connected to MS SQL server over a secure connection(using Certificates) and an Active Directory account from a Mirth Appliance recently? If so, what JDBC driver did you use?

It seems that recent updates to the MS SQL JDBC driver have made this a bit more difficult.

I am working with Mirth support on this issue now. But I am curious if anyone in the community has already tried this from a appliance.
