Default Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority

We have a channel that receives messages via TLS. We have a server certificate applied. We have a client certificate applied. Our networking team has confirmed traffic is making it onto our server, but we don't see the messages on the Mirth channel. The client is receiving the following error: Error occured when creating patient: Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority.

We have tried various configurations of settings, but here is what we have currently just to see if the client is able to get a message all the way across to us:

Client Authentication: Disabled
Allow Expired Certs: No
OCSP/CRL Enabled: No
Enabled Protocols: TLS1.2, 1.1, SSLV2Hello
Enabled Cipher Suites: 43 server default

We have verified the certificates are applied properly on our side (including the intermediate and root certs) and have verbal confirmations the certificates are in place on the client side as well.

Have run into a wall here as it seems any combination we are trying here is resulting in that same error.

We are on 3.6.2.

Any ideas about what might be configured incorrectly here?
