Hi
Is there any way to install the latest Mirth connect in Tomcat (any version), are there any installation instructions ?

Mirth Connect itself is not a WAR or anything that can be deployed in a general servlet container like Tomcat. The web administrator part of Mirth Connect is a WAR though, so you can deploy that separately if you so wish.

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.
