Default How to suppress or remove processing errors

I get processing errors on HTTP connectors because they return 404s, 422s, and 500s incorrectly when they actually work properly at the server end. This is due a flaw in the server code I'm calling at a vendor that I don't control. In my response handler I capture this from the response status line and set the response status to SENT, which works great. But is there any way to remove the processing errors, so they don't show on the dashboard? It seems odd to have SENT messages that also show "Processing" in the Errors column.

Thanks

I don't think there's an easy way to do it. You can probably delete them from the database or possibly use internal mirth classes to do it.

I've actually got the same issue in some of my channels where I recover from connector errors in the response transformer, and it leaves artifacts of the error behind.

Default Error processing

I've been changing the status to sent to deal with some internal errors but now I'm wondering if I'm not getting everything I need out. Will changing the status to SENT allow the pruner to remove all traces of a message or am I still storing data in the DB?

I have not verified this in the source, but I believe if the message viewer can see it, the pruner should as well, so you're probably ok.
