Hi,
I'm developing a channel and I want to add an alert when I get a "Timeout waiting for response" error when I don't receibe the ACK response. I don't know how can I get the error message (or status) in a variable to write my code. Can anybody help me? Thanks! |

Add an alert, check "Destination Connector", and type in "Timeout" for the regex. Then enable it on the channel you want to monitor. Down below you can choose an action, like send an e-mail or dispatch a message to another channel. Drag in the "error" variable to include the entire stacktrace.

Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first. ![]()
