I have setup a channel. The source is a file. The Destination is a WebService using SoapSender. I am using version 1.7. I have tried so many different things for the past 2 days and can not get anything to work. The problem: When I set up the SoapSender I am sending an entire HL7 message to a webservice to have some fields changed and the response from the webservice is going to be a modified HL7 message. When I set the sender to send ${encoder.encode(${message.rawData})} my carriage returns get stripped out and line feeds are inserted. This causes problems when my webservice recieves it because it is expecting a HL7 spec message. Has anyone else run into this problem? If so I would appreciate any help you can give.
Thanks.... |

Could you run this same test on the 1.8 RC to see if it still has the same problem? Thanks!

The same this happens in the latest release as well. The build I downloaded was mirth-1.8.0.3904.466-windows-installer.exe so now I am downloading mirth-1.8.0.3946.495-windows-installer.exe and will let you know on that version

Please create an issue in our issue tracker. Make sure to attach a sample message and sample channel with steps to reproduce the error. If you assign it to me for version 1.8 I will try to resolve it before the final 1.8 release.

The issue was what looked to be a typo in the Entity Encoder. I have resolved it, committed it, and it will be included in the next RC.

Do you happen to know when the next RC will be built? Just wanted to know so I could test it again.
Thanks again for all your help. |

Not sure right now. It will be posted in the sticky when it is out. Hopefully it won't be too far in the future.
