Default Error receiving message

I've got some mirth channels in which I've got alerts set up so that I get an email if an error occurs.

I occasionally (say one per week) get the error below in my mailbox. As you can see it has no messageId, which means it's not logged or anything. I checked the logs and I can't find any corresponding message (on or around that exact time).

I'm wondering; does anybody know what's happening here?

Code:
Channel: receive ORM from hospital X (15593964-795f-4f83-a5ca-d06c43311738)

Connector: Source (TCP Listener)

Error:

Default

That usually happens when a client connects to your channel but doesn't send anything. It could be due to a misconfigured client, general networking issues, or someone performing a telnet but not disconnecting.

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
- You just bar.
