Default How to send HL7 message to Java Rest API and Store the data in database from API

The task is getting the HL7 message from TCP listener and takes the specific fields i.e patientId, patientName and send these data to Java Rest API. from there I need to store in the database because I need to do some process on that data in Java Rest API.

so please help me with this problem, as I am new to mirth connect.
