Default Get currently logged in user info

Is it possible to get the name/username of the currently logged in user from the global deploy script? I basically want to be able to know who exactly is deploying/undeploying channels.

Can I also get the exact channel being deployed? In a channel's deploy script, I can use the channelId variable but doubt I can use it in the global deploy script.

This information is already stored in the events. Click on "Events" in the top right, then search for "deploy". The user for each event is shown, and if you click on one of the events, any attributes (like the IDs of the channels that were deployed) will show up in the table below.

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
- You just bar.

Awesome, never bothered to look in here. Would I be able to get any of these events info in the deploy? My end goal is to be able to send out emails and such when a channel is deployed, instead of having to manually open up the events view to see what's been happening.

Hmm that information isn't available in the deploy script unfortunately. You might be able to rig a deploy script to make a manual select from the events table in the database though.

No biggie, I can work with that. Thanks.
