Default Automated SFTP setup

I am trying to setup an automated SFTP from Union Bank. I was able to manually get the file but with the automated setup I am not getting any file to read/process. I have attached the screenshots. I also setup the DataType to EDI/X12 and also Raw with no luck.

Any advice?

Thanks

so you are trying to pickup a file from the SFTP site? is that is the issue right now?

on the source tab, click on the TEST READ button to see it that works

Are you getting any errors? Are you sure your sftp path and filename filter are correct?

No errors..where do I look for errors? Yes, the sftp path is correct and I get a successful read when I click the test read.

What do you have in your destination?

You could try putting the file that you received in the message template.
transformer on the destination (see attached)

OR

you can create a file writer in the destination and pullover a destination mapping (original file name)

If it's having trouble connecting or downloading files, you'll probably see something in the server log on the dashboard.

Each file that is successfully downloaded becomes a new message (or more than one if you have batch processing enabled.)

If you aren't getting any errors in the log or messages created, there's a good chance that no files qualify based on the criteria you have selected.

Just an update on this issue. I did have the wrong setup. The client had a TEST and PROD login and I was using the TEST login instead of the PROD login to get the file. Once I changed the login credentials, I was able to pick up the file in "raw" format without using the template. Thanks all for your suggestions.
