Navigation within a channel (UI change)

Is there a suggestion forum I should post this in?

I notice I am jumping around a lot in the channel I work in. It would be very useful to have all the important links in the sidebar.

Something like this underneath "Channel Tasks":

Destination 1 (or whatever I am called)

Seems like this would save clicking and mouse movement. Thoughts?
