Default Error while deploying the channel

Hello,
I am trying to deploy the channel that is using SQL Server 2008 but I am getting the following error while deploying the channel.

Here is my connection information:

globalChannelMap.put("url", "jdbc:jtds:sqlserver:/serveraddress/databasename");
globalChannelMap.put("username", "username");
globalChannelMap.put("password", "pwd");

MirthConnect Version: I am using the 2.0.1.5164 mirth version.
