Default Driving me back to Rhapsody

This problem has been around for a week. I have Mirth 3.61 installed, and have tried a variety of jre, with no success. I have settled on 1.8.151. Reinstalled everything, but still all I see when I launch the login is "Server is still starting, or otherwise unavailable. Please try again shortly". What does that mean?

I have Mirth installed in other environments, but this new environment will not cooperate.

All I see in my logfile is entries like this:

Can you take a threaddump of the server java process with jstack?

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
- You just bar.

If running on linux you can start the mirth server daemon in command line mode ... sometimes this shows more information than in the log file:

./mcservice start-launchd

Default SQl Server 2017 an issue with Mirth?

Think I may have found my problem. Reinstalled everything this time with no db, just derby. Every thing seems fine

I have been trying to use SQL server 2017. Take that out, and things seem fine. I will add the FHIR stuff, then check again, and finally add SQL Server 2017 again.

SS 2017 an issue with Mirth?

You might have better luck with the microsoft driver than the open source one that is included with mirth.
