Default Invalid Date from DateUtil.getCurrentDate('YYYY-MM-dd')

Hi,

DateUtil.getCurrentDate('YYYYMM-dd') is returning '2019-12-30' and '2019-12-31' for System date 2018-12-30 and 2018-12-30, But it is returning proper date for 2018-12-29. Please let me know if you have come across this issue.

Thanks,
Krishna.
