Default LLP Listener Channel - NAK returned due to OML^O21

Hi,

I have a LLP Listener channel setup to receive messages and the sender is reporting that each message they send receives a NAK back stating that the message received was not an ORL^O22. That is correct, as the message is an OML^O21. However we do receive the message with no issues, and I cannot determine where the message validation occurs to expect ORL^O22.

I assume there is a very simple solution to this - can someone please point me to where I can change my channel to not expect ORL^O22?

Hi tk320,

it smells like a MSH segment misconfiguration. If this is ok then channel response could be the reason.

HTH,

RB
