Default mcserver.vmoption proxy settings

I'm trying to capture http trafic for HttpSender destination requests using fiddler.

The telerik site has minimal information on doing this...

https://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/Con...nfigureJavaApp

..but does mention the jre systep options to use.

If I add the following options to the mcserver.vmoptions file, should they be recognized?
-DproxySet=true
-Dhttp.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
-Dhttp.proxyPort=8888
-Dhttps.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
-Dhttps.proxyPort=8888

It doesn't seem to work, but I'm not sure where else these settings would go.

Default

HTTP Sender has a "Use Proxy Server (Yes, No)" radio selector and boxes for Proxy Address and Proxy Port.
