Default Triggering an alert

Hi,

I'm trying to configure an alert to send an email whenever an exception is thrown within one of my transformers, however, I haven't been able to figure what to put in the Error Matching Field to get it to work. I've tried various combinations of "error" and "exception", but they don't work. I've verified my email config is correct and working. Is it possible to throw an exception and have the alert handler catch it and send out an email? If so how do I do it?

Thanks for your help,

Wyatt

I've tried that, but it doesn't trigger any alerts when an exception is thrown from within one of my transformers. I'm only able to trigger an alert via alerts.sendAlert.
