Default SocketException when deploying TCP channel

When deploying a TCP channel, the server log indicates the exception listed below. There are no messages anywhere in any queue when it is deployed. The TCP channel will still read any message sent to the channel via the TCP source connector, but I'm worried there is an issue due to the consistent exception that is logged whenever it's deployed.

I have a different environment where everything works and see a difference between the two.

Working environment indicates the Java Version of the server is 1.8.0_161

Non-working environment indicates the Java Version of the server is 9.0.4


Running Mirth 3.6 with MULTIPLE mirth servers attached to a single mirth SQL database.
