Default Sending .txt file error

Hey guys.

I don't have any experience with Mirth Connect Administrator Launcher but the guy that was before me was using it to send some zip files to one of our third party providers.

We have two channels and we've been sending some .zip files without any problems, but now I've been asked to send some .txt files through the sftp server and when I deploy the channel is giving me a write error/ permission denied.

I have cloned the new channel from one of the ones that is working fine, I'm using file reader and file writer connectors and changed from binary to Text file type but I don't know what else am I missing. Maybe the data types? right now is using delimited text.

Anyway, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

A permission error is probably at the filesystem level, not a problem with your mirth channel.

Are you using the same account as the other channel? Are you using the same destination folders as the other channel?

Can you post the full error?

You are writing the .txt files into the same directory where the .zip files are already going?

I'm not sure what's causing your problem, but that permission denied is coming from the sftp server. Not sure if you're able to check any logs on that end to see what might be happening.

I'll see if I can get access to the logs on their side. Thank you.
