Default apache server responded with "400 bad request" to httpSender call

we use mirthconnect (3.4.2.8129)
we have 2 servers ubuntu 16.04

the first is used for the application, with apache server which redirect all requests to tomcat, the application container

the second is used for mirth

when mirthconnect (HttpSender) sends a request to apache, apache return "400 bad request".
if we turn apache off ,we receive 200 OK from tomcat

here the sent request:

URL: https://....../.../
METHOD: POST

[HEADERS]
Content-Type : application/json
Authorization: Basic aGVsbGVhbmRlcnNldxfxdfuZGVyc2VuMQ==

[PARAMETERS]

[CONTENT]
{"activityId":1,............:"wxrFEpJAGSGpVwM4SpCp NL3WISdTYECJloU"}

and here is the response:

status
QUEUED: Received error response from HTTP server.

response
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>400 Bad Request</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Bad Request</h1>
<p>Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.<br />
</p>
</body></html>

please any help;
