Unhappy Help: Receive 837 Message -> Transform by javascripts -> Insert Into Database

Hi friends, I'm working with Mirth and have some problems. Please help me!

I want to use Mirth to create a channel that receive a message in 837 format , then transform and insert into database. However, there are two problems I've met:
1. Mirth doesn't support 837 format so I have to receive messages in EDI format and then transform it by javascripts. Is there any way to debug or facilitate javascripts code ?
2. Another problem is inserting into data base. With 837 format, there are many transactions and loops (subscribers, providers, patients, payer). Is there any way to insert these data into database instead of writing scripts to insert into each table ? (It takes a long time to write scripts but not sure that it works or not)

Thank you !
