Description

segment names for x12 is incorrect. Currently It fetches the name based on segment ID and message type only. However, the position of the segment in the message also needs to be taken in consideration.

Updated the x12 vocab model so most entries will be correct. There are still issues with some loops - will be fixed with updated vocab model in 1.8.
