Errors at preprocessor are not shown in the Dashboard nor into the events

Description

Errors which take place at the preprocessor JavaScript are only logged in the log file. They doesn't appear in the mirth admin client.

Because a preprocessor is executed *before* a messageObject is created, Mirth can not log it as a received message. We might be able to rectify this in a future release.

I just tested this, and the preprocessor errors show up in the event browser.
