Description

Find a way to encode entities ("<" and ">") by default without serializing the message so that there is no performance hit.

Fixed the EDI and ER7 serializers to always encode entities when transforming to XML.
Removed encode entities options because it is always on now when transforming to xml.
Removed the encodeEntities property when importing pre-1.8 channels.
