Description

When installing beta version 1.7.1.3537 I've noticed that the 2 times that I've done it, (on 2 different Vista PCs), that I get the following message: "Error creating service Mirth"
We try to start the mirth engine but we get: "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
Going into the task manager and trying to start it does not work: "The operation could not be completed - Access is denied"
But a re-boot normally takes care of it - Also going directly into Services and setting the Startup Type to "Automatic" -> then starting the service also works.

Added check to make sure service doesn't exist before trying to create it.
