Regardless of environment these notes assume that Glassfish, a database engine (preferably Postgres), and Mirth Connect are already installed.
Install Mirth Connect

Please download and install Mirth Connect from the following location: http://www.mirthcorp.com/community/downloads
View the corresponding release notes for more information about installing that version of Mirth Connect.
After installation see Configure MirthConnect to send HL7 or CDA to MirthResults (Any OS)
